SnowGo runs in line with Nuuk’s ski lift season, typically from late autumn through early spring – the window when snowfall is reliable and the lift is operational. Exact start and end dates vary each year depending on conditions. We publish current season dates on the booking page, and you can always contact us directly if you are planning ahead and want to confirm availability for your travel dates.
Outside of ski season, our OutBounder service covers year-round trailhead transfers for hiking and snowshoeing – so whenever you visit, there is a way to get into the landscape.

The Trip
The route from central Nuuk to the ski lift takes approximately 15–20 minutes by road, climbing above the city to an elevation that opens up views across the fjord and the surrounding Arctic terrain. The lift offers a genuinely rare experience – skiing and snowboarding in Greenland, with the kind of quiet and scale that no European resort can replicate.
SnowGo runs on a scheduled timetable aligned with lift opening and closing times. Your driver picks you up at a central stop in the city, drops you directly at the lift, and brings you back to the city centre at the end of the day – cold, happy, and without a rental car bill.
